SAMYANG AF 85MM F/1.4 CANON RF

Impressive optics

The AF 85mm F1.4 RF has a total of 11 elements in 8 groups, with 4 high-refractive (HR) optics and an extra low-dispersion (ED) lens, which are designed to create impressive image quality from corner to corner. This great optic construction together with 9 aperture blades provide a natural, circular bokeh with a fantastic out-of-focus effect. It creates a shallow depth of focus that smoothly blurs the background and highlights the story of the subject.

The 85mm focal length, combined with the wide maximum aperture of F1.4, enables photographers to achieve a dramatically shallow depth-of-field. A must for every wedding and portrait photographer this summer!

Besides a great optic construction Samyang has also equipped the lens with a DLSM (Dual Linear Sonic Motor) focus motor, providing a silent and effective autofocus performance.
